Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Will Brockman, joined Healthcare Bluebook in 2012 as the eighth employee hired by the company. Since that time, he has held roles of increasing responsibility that have paved the way to his current position.
As CRO, Will is accountable for Bluebook’s revenue divisions including, sales, partnerships, marketing, and client strategy. The revenue divisions are focused on growing and retaining business, as well as developing and executing a targeted approach to serve the specific healthcare benefits needs of employers and plan sponsors ranging in various sizes and industries.
When I joined Bluebook, I understood the crucial role of healthcare cost and quality transparency, but I didn’t realize the depth of need for an objective solution. The organization is founded on the integrity of unbiassed data, which is a key differentiator in the transparency space and the hallmark of Bluebook’s message as we grow the business.
Will’s sales acumen and innate ability to connect with people have played a pivotal role in Bluebook’s growth and also led to his promotion from Director of Sales to SVP of Sales and Marketing, and to his current role as CRO. Drawing from thought-leader Simon Sinek who authored, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, he has created a high-achieving, collaborative work environment and inspires his team to do their best work.
Prior to Bluebook, Will was the Managing Director for a Division of J.P. Morgan in New York. He served institutional investment clients, connecting them with top multi-industry experts and executives to create high-impact business development strategies to drive revenue generation.
Will is a Nashville native and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
