Throughout her 25+-year career, Barb Yahnian has developed an extraordinary track record of helping companies achieve first-time accomplishments and uncommon goals. Her expertise in establishing and fostering relationships is evident in her role as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Client Strategy for Healthcare Bluebook as she leads the client services team to new heights in client satisfaction, employee engagement, and helping Bluebook’s 5,000+ clients achieve a positive ROI from day one.

Previously, Barb served as SVP of Community Partnerships at GoNoodle, a leading media technology company that develops and distributes movement and mindfulness content for kids and families. Her expertise in strategic leadership forged new partnerships with local healthcare organizations and positioned GoNoodle to become one of the most quickly adopted online resources positively impacting kids’ health and well-being today.
Prior to GoNoodle, Barb was Executive Vice President at Affinion, a customer engagement company, where she ran a 40-person national and community client team responsible for implementation, engagement, and customer retention/growth goals for 4,700+ financial institution clients. During her tenure, Barb’s team achieved the highest level of customer retention and satisfaction in the company’s history.
Barb earned her B.S. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She currently lives in Nashville and enjoys spending time with her family on Tim’s Ford Lake. But as a Wisconsin native, Barb’s heart belongs to the Green Bay Packers which is evident in her green and gold cheese-head attire that she proudly sports to cheer on her team.
